Stewart Satter

Mr. Satter is the former President & CEO of Consumer Testing Laboratories. CTL is a leader in testing consumer products and providing customized quality assurance services to US based retailers. CTL was the exclusive testing laboratory for Walmart store for over 25 years. Mr. Satter lived in Bentonville Arkansas where he established a CTL testing facility within Walmart’s Corporate offices. Under the first of a kind program, Walmart suppliers from across the globe were required to a send products to CTL testing facilities at different stages of production to ensure quality and performance standards were met. The company operated testing facilities in major manufacturing hubs, including: Hong Kong, Shenzhen China, Taiwan, India, Singapore and Bangladesh. CTL also operated product testing laboratories at Walmart Corporate Offices in Bentonville Arkansas, Toronto Canada, and Mexico City. Stewart established the Company’s first overseas testing facilities in Hong Kong & Taiwan when he was just 24 years old after having graduated with his MBA from NYU Stern School of Business. He spent 4 years living overseas. Upon returning to the US, Stewart purchased the struggling business from his family and grew CTL with a talented team from just 40 employees to over 1000 worldwide. CTL was sold to Underwriters Laboratories in 2016 in a transaction handled by Citigroup.

Mr. Satter is the President of Carnegie Hill Development, specializing in the construction of one of a kind— quality driven, ultra high end fully furnished, state of the art oceanfront spec homes in Manalapan Florida— several of these homes selling at record breaking prices.
